Before start installation, Please have a toolbox

meeting.

What is a toolbox meeting?

A talk or a meeting focusing on special topic with
regards to safety,
Open forums where everybody can express either his
concerns or points of view.

Why Conduct Toolbox meeting?

To promote safety awareness and practices
To discuss anomalies/incidents which occurred in the
near past
To have direct contact with workers at all levels.

For whom?
Everybody involved in working at site level

When and how often?

On a daily basis
preferably before starting the working day or if
applicable at the beginning of the shift, And each time
there is a specific purpose.
 EHS PPE

When working on site, Must wear proper PPE: Helmet, Visiable vest, Safety shoes, Full
body harness.

 EHS check COVID-19 prevention instructions

When working on site, Must follow COVID-19

prevention instructions to protect yourself
and your collegues,

1.Wear a mask
2.Stay 1 meter away from others
3.Wash your hands often
4.Cover coughs and sneezes
5.Clean and disinfect
6.Monitor your health daily
-Be alert for symptoms. Watch for fever, cough,
shortness of breath, or other symptoms of COVID-
19
-Take your temperature, if the temperature is high
please inform the RPM immediately
 EHS Tower climbing

When workers climbing up and down the tower, Please must make sure at least one full
body harness hook lock on the tower. Two hooks alternate up and down.

ECC Training Compliance training on site

Before Subcontractor start installation on site, Team leader need to take all members
learning ECC together on site.
Must take a reading photo and submit to the EPMS, The team memebers must face to the
ECC paper.

Wireless New site&Site ID

1. New site Yes or No?,

If Yes, Must finish all check items in the wireless self check report.
If No, No need check New site Power system installation part,Just finish 1st part check
and site clean in the wireless self check report .

2. Take a photo of site ID on site, Clear to see the site ID, No blurred.
Wireless Closed BTS view

Take a photo of closed BTS View from front within 1m;

1. Can clearly to see BTS full body view;
2. All labels paste in one line on 2cm out of the cabinet;
 Wireless Opened BTS view

Take a photo of opened BTS View from front within 2m;

Can clearly to see BTS full body view inside. Zoomed to show workmanship.
1. All power cable and signal calbe separate at least 10cm.No cable cross and fly.
2. Between cable ties the distance same;
3. All screws installed, No lost;
4. Cable hole sealed(For outdoor BTS);
5. All labels printed and installed at 2cm of the terminal;
6. All labels direction same, It is better towards right side;
7. All sites install same;
Wireless Grounding Bar

Take a photo of Grounding Bar within 0.5m;

1. When the grounding bar no space, At most two cores can be fixed to one bolt;
2. The grounding lug not loose;
3. Clearly to find our grounding label;
 Wireless Antenna & RRU

Take photo of Antenna & RRU within 2m on the tower,

1. Can clearly to see the quantity of Antenna & RRU in each sector.
2. Clearly to see all Antenna and RRU position;
 Wireless Antenna & RRU port

At least take 2 photos of Antenna&RRU port View(Waterproofing & Lable) within 0.5m,
1. At least one photo for Antenna port, One photo for RRU port.
2. All used ports must bound 1+3+3 waterproofing, Unused ports bound with 1+1+1 tape.
3. All jumper connector use torque wrench fasten,For 7/16 DIN: 25Nm,4.3-10: 5Nm
4. The jumpers need to keep at least 200mm-300mm straight,Then bend.
5. All labels clear to read;
6. Clearly to see RRU unit window screw closed well;
 Wireless Azimuth & M-tilt(Antenna swap)

At least take 2 photos of Azimuth & M-tilt within 0.5m

1. One photo for Azimuth, One photo for M-tilt;
2. The compass put in the middle of Antenna top, Clearly to read the Azimuth;
3. Put Declino meter straightly close the Antenna back, Clearly to read the M-tilt;
Wireless RRU grounding

Take a photo of RRU grounding on the tower within 0.5m

1. The grounding lug not loose;
2. Clearly to find our RRU grounding label;
3. When the grounding bar no space, At most two cores can be fixed to one bolt;
Wireless New site Closed Power Cabinet View（from front）

Take a photo of Closed Power Cabinet View（from front）within 2m,

If back side have space, Please also take a photo of back side.
1. Can clearly to see Power cabinet full body view;
2. No scratches at cabinets front and back;
Wireless New site Closed Power Cabinet View（from side）

Take a photo of Closed Power Cabinet View（from left&right side）within 2m,

1. Can clearly to see Power cabinet full body view;
2. No scratches at cabinets left and right side;
Wireless New site Opened Power Cabinet View（from front）

Take a photo of Opened Power Cabinet View（from front）within 2m,

1. Can clearly to see full cabinet body view inside. Zoomed to show workmanship.
2. All cables install straight and tie together.No cable cross and fly.
3. All screws installed, No lost;
4. All labels printed and installed at 2cm of the terminal;
5. Unused break should turn off;
6. All sites install same;
Wireless New site Power system Cable connection

Open the covers show the cable inside, Take a photo of cables within 0.5m
1. The power cables install one by one, No cable cross and fly;
2. Clearly to find all label inside;
Wireless New site Power system Grounding (inside & outside cabinet)

Take photos of grouding(inside & outside cabinet) within 0.5m

Wireless New site Power Cabinet Fixation (bolts)

Take a photo of power cabinet fixation within 0.5m

1. Clearly to see all bolts;
2. All bolts installed, No lost ;
3. The cabinet is parallel to the ground
Wireless New site Cable&Jumper Entry Points into cabinet

Take photos of cable&jumper entry points into cabinet in each sector within 0.5m
1. Show each sector of cable&jumper entry points;
2. After install complete, seal the cable hole;

 MW ODU & Antenna Installation View

Take photos of ODU& Antenna within 2m,

1. At least 4 photos:
Near end Site: 1 ODU& 1Antenna photos, Far end site: 1ODU& 1 Antenna photos
2. Clearly to see the position of ODU and Antenna;
 MW ODU & Antenna Fixation

Take photos of ODU& Antenna fixation within 0.5m,

1. At least 4 photos:
Near end site: 1 ODU& 1Antenna photos, Far end site: 1ODU& 1 Antenna photos
2. After installation, All cables must face downward.
3. All cables have labels;
4. IF cables do waterproof 1+3+3;
 MW ODU Grounding

Take photos of ODU groundig within 1m,

1. At least 4 photos: Near end site: 2 grounding, Far end site: 2 grounding.
2. The grounding lug not loose;
3. Clearly to find our RRU grounding label;
4. When the grounding bar no space, At most two cores can be fixed to one bolt
 MW TX Rack

Take photos of TX Rack within 2m,

1. At least 2 photos: Near end site and Far end site;
2. Power cable and signal cable separate.
3. Clearly to see all cables routing;
 MW IDU

Take photos of IDU within 0.5m,

1. At least 2 photos: Near end site and Far end site;
2. All cables have labels;
3. Anti-wrist strap plug in the ESD
4. All screws installed;
5. Grounding cable installed;
 MW IDU Grounding

Take photos of IDU grounding within 0.5m,

1. At least 4 photos: Near end site: 2 grounding, Far end site: 2 grounding;
2. The grounding lug not loose;
3. Clearly to find our RRU grounding label;
4. When the grounding bar no space, At most two cores can be fixed to one bolt;
 MW Site clean up

Take photos of site clean up within 2m,

1. At least 2 photos: Near end site and Far end site;
2. Site cleaning after Completion;
3. No materials, tools and waste are left.
Alarms checking

Make sure before installation, you must check with ZTE BSC
representative for the alarm status, If there is any alarm before
installation, must be escalated to ZTE rollout manager/engineer for
further action.

The same procedures must be followed as well, Must make sure no

alarms left on site before partners leave site.
Self check report

Before site installation, Must do ECC learning and EHS check, And submit ECC self check
report and EHS self check report immediately on site,
For quality self-check report must submit within 1 day after site on air.

1. ZTE will assign quality self check task and EHS self check task; Partner team build ECC
report task from iEPMS APP.

2. Partner company manager assign quality self check task and EHS self check task to team
leader(At web site: My team);

Submit 1 ECC report, 1 EHS self check report and 1 quality self-check report in each site.
