Year 3 Major Subjects: Each student is required to choose a prescribed major sequence of 4 level 3 subjects. There
may be level 1 or 2 pre-requisite subjects that are required to complete some majors. You do have the flexibility to
take 3 major subjects in one semester if you elective choices require this.

Blank options:
• In year you will complete CHEM10006 Chemistry for Biomedicine (offered in both semesters) and 2
Foundation Elective subjects from the above list.
• You must complete 4-6 breadth subjects; the other 2-4 subjects are selectives. You may need to choose
these carefully to ensure you meet the pre-requisite requirements for your major subjects. There are no
requirements as to which year to complete these subjects.

The University endeavours to ensure that information contained in this study plan template is current, however it is strongly advised that all students refer to
the Handbook for course rules and subject options. Last updated 05/02/2021
