to make a business and all of us will gives a share. We are graduated of Food and
Beverage under of Home Economics. We have an enough knowledge and experience to
make and create our own recipes of cakes because we learned it when we are in grade 12.

But we have a plan to continue our study in College at Central Luzon States
University to get more experience and learning on how to manage a business and collect
some idea to make a lot of designs.

 If some the appliances of Lady’s Finger Bakeshop are not function properly like
oven. What we will be doing? We need to have an alternative or back-up to do not
interrupt your business.
 Your regular customer has a reservation for her daughter’s birthday party, but
during the celebration her order are delay because of traffic but she didn’t know
and she was mad. What is best solution to this situation? Before the celebration
you need to inform her that there’s a possibility that the delivery was delay
because of traffic or you deliver it earlier to avoid traffic.
 Unexpected brown-out. We need to have a back-up for this situation, we need to
