The future looks promising for Digos City. The fast development of the city holds

a strong pace and a perfect ground for new businesses to standout. Since our

situated beside the Digos City Grand Mall. Its menu will focus on famous

Korean street food like Tteokbokki and Hotteok. It will also highlight the much

known Korean corn dogs that comes in many variants. More products will be up

for grab when we are already operating. All of these will be prepared and served

with a twist to give a sumptuous savor to our customers, without compromising

the affordability of the foodstuff. Apart from the actual products that will be

available, we will also set up an Instagram-worthy ambiance to encourage more

customers to dine-in. The Street food Haven will differentiate itself from the

competition by creating an unprecedented and exciting fine dining experience.

foods here in Digos City where its price will be reachable or budget friendly that

ranges from P69-P120 meals. When it comes to promoting our business, since

customers and stores and digital marketing which will be using internet

connected devices to engage customers with online advertising, like Facebook,

Twitter and Instagram. While the physical stall will take place beside Gaisano

Grand Mall of Digos. Under also the marketing mix are the packaging,

positioning and people to foresee the market. By using this marketing mix, a

detailed plan will be established that will have a stand on the market.

Industry Description

The food and beverage industry is going through rapid transformations; and with

the latest trends and innovations in place, it is not inappropriate to say that there

is no looking back for food and beverage companies. Food and beverage

companies that revitalize themselves with the changing market trends will be

successful in their venture to top the list of customers’ preference. However, like

most other industries, this market is also facing several critical challenges that

are even bigger than the growing market competition. Technological advances in

3
the food and beverage industry also create a challenge in terms of adoption and

budget restraints.

Competition around the vicinity is prevalent, too. Several fast food chains and

restaurants are already established and have made their names in the industry.

These competitors usually have one thing in common – expensive. As an

emerging competitor, Streetfood Haven aims to provide high quality food and

great customer service, all the while maintaining the affordability of our food,

which most of the competitors don’t have.

mall and a hospital, its convenient for people to have access on the affordable

food we offer. We also do bulk orders and deliveries outside Digos City such as

Sta. Cruz, Padada and Bansalan. This will be transacted via call/text and

messenger.

is located on the island of Mindanao, on the western shores of the Davao Gulf

Production Plan

Production planning is the organization of a company's or

industry's production and manufacturing modules. It makes use of

the resource allocation of employee activities, materials, and

production capacity to serve various customers. It can assist you

in managing your time and avoiding delays on delivering your

goods to people

Description of the Product and Services

A wholesome Korean vibe is our goal and providing good food to

serve for the customers. With that we can create an experience to

the public. Korean street foods are now the most requested to try

especially people who are fond in the Korean dramas and fell in

love with the Korean culture. With this partnership we will be the

first Korean street food business that will serve freshly cooked

Korean street foods to the customers.

Benefits

Korean street food is now a staple go-to food not only by the

Koreans but also some people all around the world. Korean food

has many health benefits in general, most likely due to the variety

of ingredients and cooking systems used. Many recipes relied on

grains and rice, which aided in preservation. Deep-frying

15
techniques, which are now common, were not always available in

Korea. Due to a lack of resources in the past, the fermentation

process was developed and is still a popular method of food

preservation. This method was used to store foods such as fish,

beans, and vegetables. The traditional Korean street food is

generally regarded as healthy, owing to its ingredients and cooking

methods. Korean street foods are often lower in calories than

traditional American meals because they are often high in

vegetables and cooked without much oil.
