    1 Provisionally selected Candidates of 5th Merit List (BS / B.Ed. Secondary/MS/MPhil/ MBA Programs) should visit
    concerned Division / Campus along-with original educational documents, printed admission forms (if available) and two
    sets of photocopies of following documents w.e.f. 18-Nov-2021 to 22-Nov-2021 (09:00 am to 04:00 pm).
    a) CNIC/B-Form of Candidate
    b) CNIC of Father/Guardian
    c) 02 Passport Size Photographs with blue background
    d) Certificates of Secondary School and Higher Secondary School
    e) Transcripts of Bachelor / Master / B.Ed. Secondary Degree Programs
    2 Deadline for submission of dues is 22-Nov-2021 till 04:00 pm failing which admission offer shall be cancelled.

    3 Classes will start only if required minimum students get enrolled.

    4 Errors and Omissions are acceptable.
