The Straw Hat pirates were having a relatively quiet day.

There had been no marines tailing from

behind shooting canon balls wherever they pleased in an attempt to sink their beloved Thousand
Sunny (which the crew will NEVER allow in under any circumstances). There also had been no
signs of other pirate crews, not even the friendlier ones. No sea kings, no strange creatures, no
odd weather disturbances, nothing.

The crew could only feel the fresh breeze and the sound of the salty waters as Sunny sailed
through them with the occasional squawking seagulls flying above their heads.

It was an oddly relaxing day for a rowdy bunch like the Straw Hats. Quiet is a good thing once in
a while, especially for those who’d rather avoid combat if they were given the chance. But of
course, their captain was being restless. He always wanted something to happen, he wanted the
thrill and the adventure. Idiot captain! The navigator and sniper obviously preferring this peace
and quiet gave the rubber man a smack on the head.

Meanwhile, the blond swirly-browed cook took this opportunity (an opportunity probably sent
from the heavens) and cooked up a large feast for everyone to enjoy and maybe sleep off, if they
wanted to, once their bellies had been filled to pass by this seemingly boring, as Luffy had
complained, day.

Presently, everyone was once again scattered around the ship doing who knows what. Sanji still
had work to do. And by work he meant lots. He needed to wash more than a handful of plates
and cutlery after his crewmates (mostly Luffy) had chowed down the dishes he prepared. Not
that he’s complaining though, it just meant they all genuinely enjoyed the meals he had cooked.
It didn’t matter how messy the dining table became or how loud they talked, as long as his meals
made his family smile, then that’s all that mattered.

Removing himself from his own thoughts, he looked at the pile of dirty plates and utensils on the
sink. Well, shit. It was actually a lot more than he initially expected. As much as he enjoyed the
silence and serenity of cleaning up after a loud but filling meal, he had to admit that he needed
the extra help this time around.

The blond temporarily left the galley to go find someone who wasn't busy with whatever limited
activities you can do aboard the ship. His eye scanned around and sure enough, he had
candidates to choose from. Knowing how his mates are, he needed to choose wisely or else
something, may or may not, explode (Yes, just by washing dishes someone had somehow caused
an explosion inside the galley.) Quickly removing his captain off the list, it was much easier to
narrow down who wouldn’t be likely to cause an unwanted blast.
