08 Reporting Guidelines

General Guidelines:
- notes about the topic will be provided
- reporting will begin next week
- there will be 2-3 teams to report in a session
- do not forget your references

Consultation
- teams may be schedule consultation with their instructor
- what to prepare:
- research material with member assignments
- presentation slide
- self

Ice breakers
- teams are required to prepare ice breakers for the day
- ice breakers will be done in between reports
- mechanics and materials or questions must be discussed with the instructor during the mock report

Quiz
- teams must prepare 10 multiple choice questions with answer keys
- questions must be submitted to the instructor one week before the schedule for preparation
- quiz links will be uploaded after the report is done

Reporting
- done in groups with 2-3 members
- the group is assigned to a topic randomly
- there will be 4 teams scheduled per meeting
- reporters must be mindful of the time

Reporting
- reporter must turn their cameras on
- a reporting rubric will be uploaded for reference

Portfolio
- a “session” portfolio must be submitted in PDF format during the review week
- teams will submit one collated portfolio
