Soil Condition
Based on the calculation and soil investigation that we have made, we obtained that silt is a
one of the soils that has a high fertility rating and is light and moisture retentive. It lies
between sand and clay in size because silt soils are made up of medium-sized particles, they
are well drained and retain moisture well. Because the particles are tiny, they may readily be
compacted and washed away by rain. During a flood, it is carried by the water and creates a
fertile deposit on the valley floor. Silt particle sizes range from 0.002 and 0.06 mm.
Other than that, we also obtained that granite is abrasion-resistant, robust enough to support
large weight, inert enough to withstand weathering, and takes a superb polish. Because of
these properties, it is a very coveted and valuable dimension stone.
