“ A RESOLUTION FOR THE SELECTION OF COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS AT BARANGAY

MALLALATANG TUNGUI AND THE ACTIVATION OF THE GRIEVANCE REDRESS SYSTEM
THROUGH THE LUPONG TAGAPAMAYAPA FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF DISASTER
RESPONSE OPERATION MODALITY OF THE KAPIT-BISIG LABAN SA KAHIRAPAN -
COMPREHENSIVE AND INTEGRATED DELIVERY OF SOCIAL SERVICES - NATIONAL COMMUNITY
DRIVEN DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – BALIK PROBINSYA, BAGONG PAG-ASA PROGRAM (KC
NCDDP-BP2P) OF THE DSWD”

WHEREAS, as a recipient of the KC-NCDDP-BP2P, shall adopt the Disaster Response Operation
Modality (DROM) of the program for its effective and efficient implementation amidst COVID-
19 pandemic;

WHEREAS, during the BDRRMC meeting on October 18, 2021, one of the requirements of
DROM is to provide volunteers to be tasked with specific duties and responsibilities for the
implementation KC-NCDDP-BP2P program;

WHEREAS, the selected volunteers will compose the Barangay Sub-Project Management
Committee (BSPMC), Project Preparation Team (PPT), Project Implementation Team (PIT),
monitoring Inspection Team (MIT), Audit and Inventory Team (AIT), Operations and
Maintenance Team (O&M), Procurement Team (PT), Grievance and Redress System Committee
(GRS), and Bookkeeper;

WHEREAS, the activation of the Grievance Redress System will serve as an effective tool for the
community members to ensure participation, transparency, and accountability during the
implementation of the KC-NCDDP-BP2P program in their community;

WHEREAS, the Project Preparation Team will act as the Barangay Resolution Team;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion duly seconded, be it:

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to accept the Disaster Response Operation Modality of

KC-NCDDP-BP2P program to be implemented in this Barangay and in order to fully comply with
the requirements, the community hereby activated the Grievance Redress System and agree to
select the following volunteers with designation/s opposite their names:
