WAIVER OF RIGHTS OF MOTOR FRANCHISE

I, ROSDAH P. BALAKAL, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married and a resident of

Purok Arabic, Banale, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines, after first having been
duly sworn in accordance with law, depose and say:

1. That I am the owner of motorcycle described herein and grantee of a Motorize

Franchise as described hereunder;

because I cannot afford the daily maintenance;

3. That in view of the foregoing, I hereby WAIVE, CONVEY, CEDE, and TRANSFER
my RIGHTS and INTEREST over the FRANCHISE in favor to TATA T. ABDUL
of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Poblacion, Dimataling, Zamboanga
del Sur, Philippines;

4. That I am executing this Waiver of Rights in order to attest to the truthfulness and
veracity of the foregoing and for whatever legal purpose it may serve best.
