• Many people they confusing when they want to choose the scanner , because there are many
types and applications for each type , but when you are knowing exactly what you want and for
what will use it , it will be easy for you .

• From my side I will choose PRO 2x , because it verry will for my applications and price in middle
rage if I compare it with HX which is high price and not help me in my applications.

• EinScan provides two ways to verify and assure accuracy.

• 1.Factory tested accuracy according to VDI/VDE 2634 standards.
• The scanner accuracy from the technical specification are tested, which complies with VDI/VDE 2634
standards.
• The tested model
• Test method: The reference object (a set of certificated ceramic ball bar) is scanned in suggested 7
different positions according to 2634 Part 3 standards, and measured sphere spacing error, which
defines the length in between the centers of two spheres and compares it to the calibrated length, so as
the define the deviation.
• Test result: Sphere spacing errors of single measuring volume

ACCURACY

• 2.Customer Calibration

• Besides factory tested guarantee of accuracy, each EinScan is also coming with a calibration set, so
users can do manually calibration themselves to ensure high accuracy. This customer calibration is not
required daily often. Only when you have accuracy concerns, when the misalign or tracking lost is
happened very often or after a long distance transportation.

• EinScan is also able to scan by markers alignment to assure repeatability and better accuracy. Align by
feature, texture are also available under different scan mode when accuracy comes secondary.

CONCLUSION

On the day I worked in this company, I found that there are a lot of wasted time in the process of taking
measurements and then designing on the computer and then starting work on the project.
Sometimes after the completion of the project, it does not match the product to be manufactured due to
different measurements or drawings. this is a waste of materials, time, and effort.
So, I thought to bring this device PRO 2X. it expensive in the beginning, but it will save a lot in the future.
In terms of wasted materials: The device gives you full details and sizes.
In terms of effort: The device is only one person who uses it and will copy and send it to the computer to
start the project
Assuming previously, until the project is completed, you need almost a whole day, and sometimes the
results are not satisfactory, but with the device PRO 2X , within minutes the product is ready and with the
best possible accuracy
