DU Fifth Cut Off 2021- Delhi University's affiliated college like Zakir Husain Delhi College, College of
Vocational Studies and Acharya Narendra Dev College have released the DU 2021 fifth cut off on
November 8. The consolidated fifth cut off of DU 2021 will be released separately for all the streams-
Arts, Commerce and Science. For admissions to UG courses, candidates need to check the marking
criteria mentioned in the DU fifth cut off 2021 of all Delhi University affiliated colleges.

The fifth cut off of DU 2021 is dependent on the availability of seats after the DU 2021 fourth cut off
is announced. Eligible candidates of DU fifth cut off 2021 must complete Delhi University document
verification step and pay admission fee to claim their admission for the applied programme within
the timeline. The counselling session of DU is conducted one day after DU cut off is announced

Factors determining DU Fifth Cut Off 2021

• Best of four subjects – Total of highest marks obtained by candidates in four subjects in 10+2
based on DU best of four calculation

• Programme– Applied programme by the candidates

• Number of seats– Availability of seats in all the colleges

• Number of applicants–Total number of applications received for the programme

• Cutoff trend–Year on year DU cut off trend of each programmes

Admission Process after DU Fifth Cut Off 2021 is released

After the fifth cut off of DU 2021 is released, what follows is the process of document verification and
payment of admission fee to book a seat for the applied programme. The DU counselling schedule
for each programme will be specified on the admission portal. Based on the event calendar,
candidates need to complete the final stages of the DU admissions 2021.

Step 1- Check the DU fifth cut off 2021 and based on the eligibility, head on to the DU admission
portal 2021 and fill the application form for the chosen course and college.

Step 2- Document verification process is the most important part of the final DU admission process
2021. Candidates need to submit the following documents for admission approval.

• Class 10 mark sheet

• Class 10 Board Examination Certificate

• Class 12 mark sheet

• Class 12 provisional certificate/ original certificate

• Conduct certificate

• Category (SC/ST/PwD/CW/KM) certificate

• OBC (Non-creamy layer) certificate

• Transfer certificates

• Migration certificate from

• Two passport size self-attested photographs

Step 3- To complete the steps of claiming DU admission, end the process by paying the admission
fees online by clicking the active payment link on the admission portal. Candidates will understand if
their admission process is successful when they find a success message displayed on screen and a
text message and email, communicating about the same in their registered mobile number and
email id.

Step 4- If candidates want to cancel admission, they need to follow the steps mentioned below:

• Pay the mentioned amount as admission withdrawal/cancellation fee to cancel admission in the
college where the seat is claimed and move on to book a seat in the new college

• Withdraw original documents submitted in the previous college for scrutiny

• Candidates need to take printouts of seat withdrawal payment receipts for future reference and
submit it to the new college

• To claim admission in the new college, candidates need to follow Step 1, 2 and 3. This time,
candidates need to just pay the balance admission fee in the new college.

(Note: Any extra fees paid in the previous college will be refunded to the students in their bank
account)
