1. The Assistant Executive Housekeeper leads and supervises the day-to-day


operation of the Housekeeping Department under the direction of Executive
Housekeeper and ensures that, public areas, outlets, garden and surroundings

2. Coordinates with the Executive Housekeeper in the absence of the Laundry


Manager a smooth operation of the laundry section.
Berkoordinasi dengan Pimpinan tatagraha jika pimpinan linen dan laundry tidak
hadir agar operasional berjalan baik didalam lingkungan linen dan laundry.

Main Responsibilities
Tanggung Jawab Utama

1. Directs the work assignments of supervisory and non supervisory personnel.


Mengawasi pelaksanaan tugas yang diberikan kepada level supervisor dan
dibawahnya.

2. Identifies training needs and ensures that departmental training plans are
successfully implemented.
Mampu mengidentifikasi kebutuhan akan training dan memastikan rencana
pelatihan pada departemen tersebut dapat dilaksanakan.

3. Assistant Executive Housekeeper in personnel matters such as interviewing,


evaluating and counseling.
Membantu pimpinan tatagraha di dalam masalah yang berhubungan dengan
karyawan seperti mewawancara, mengevaluasi dan konsultasi.

4. Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.


Membangun dan menjaga keefektifan hubungan antar karyawan.

5. Responsible for training of employees in the proper care of all operating


equipment and to constantly inspect the use of all such equipment and to ensure
break downs are repaired.

peralatan operasional dan secara berkala menginspeksi semua peralatan dan cara

6. Ensure good interdepartmental communication, network and teamwork.
Memastikan jaringan komunikasi dan kerjasama antar seksi berjalan dengan baik.

7. Informs other departments of housekeeping matters that concern them,


particularly the Laundry Department, Engineering Department and Front Office
Department.
Menginformasikan departemen lain tentang masalah-masalah tatagraha
khususnya yang berhubungan dengan linen dan laundry, departemen tehnik dan
departemen kantor depan.

8. Consults with the Executive Housekeeper on any work that needs to be


excluded.
Melakukan konsultasi dengan Pimpinan tatagraha akan tugas dan pekerjaan yang
harus dilakukan.

9. Attends daily communication meetings and weekly housekeeping meetings.


Menghadiri pertemuan komunikasi harian dan mingguan.

10. Acts and follow-up on all decisions, departmental meetings, programs as


scheduled by the Executive Housekeeper.
Mengambil tindakan dan menindak lanjuti dari semua keputusan, pertemuan
departemen, program dan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan oleh pimpinan tata graha.

11. Ensures that housekeeping personnel are familiar with in-house facilities for the
purpose of assisting guests.
Memastikan bahwa karyawan tata graha mengenal semua fasilitas-fasilitas yang
ada di dalam hotel dengan tujuan membantu tamu.

12. Coordinates with Front Office to ensure there are adequate vacant clean rooms
are available for sell sufficient.

yang siap dijual

13. Maintains open channels of communication with the Executive Housekeeper on


all matters affecting the Housekeeping and Laundry Department.
Menjaga agar selalu ada komunikasi dengan pimpinan tatagraha berkenaan
dengan semua hal yang berhubungan dengan departemen tatagraha dan laundry.

1. Acts on behalf of the Executive Housekeeper in his absence as assigned.

2. Inspects guest and public areas on a daily basis to ensure that all furnishing,
facilities, and equipment are clean and in good repair and reports findings to the
Executive Housekeeper
Memeriksa area tamu dan tempat – tempat umum setiap saat guna memastikan
semua perabotan, fasilitas, dan peralatan dalam keadaan bersih dan baik,
selanjutnya dilaporkan kepada pimpinan tatagraha

3. To ensures guest requests are met and the company policies and standard
procedures are implemented and maintained.
Memastikan semua permintaan tamu dapat terpenuhi dan kebijakkan perusahaan
dan standar prosedur dilaksanakan.

4. Monitors housekeeping personnel to ensure that rooms receive proper attention.


Mengawasi staf tatagraha untuk memastikan bahwa setiap kamar mendapatkan
perhatian yang cukup

5. To inspect daily VIP- allocated rooms and to spot check rooms of in-house VIP
guests.
Menginspeksi kamar-kamar yang dialokasikan bagi tamu VIP dan melakukan
pemeriksaan kamar tamu VIP yang masih tinggal di hotel.

6. To daily spot check vacant, occupied and out of order rooms and report findings
to Executive Housekeeper
Setiap hari memeriksa kondisi kamar yang kosong, kamar yang berisi, kamar yang
rusak, dan membuat laporannya kepada Pimpinan tatagraha.

7. To co-ordinate the spring cleaning / extra work schedule / maintenance


requisitions of all rooms and public areas with the Executive Housekeeper and
ensures such schedules and requests are followed.
Mengkoordinir semua pembersihan/ jam kerja lebih/ permintaan perbaikan
disemua kamar dan tempat umum dengan Pimpinan tatagraha dan memastikan
semua jadwal dan permintaan sudah ditindak lanjuti.

8. Receives and investigates queries and complaints from hotel guests,
Management and Front Office, then reports to Executive Housekeeper
Menerima dan mengecek semua permintaan dan keluhan dari tamu hotel,
manajemen dan kantor depan, selanjutnya dilaporkan ke pimpinan tata graha.

9. Maintains appropriate standards and discipline for dress, hygiene, uniform,


appearance, posture and conduct of housekeeping personnel.
Menjaga standar yang benar dan disiplin dalam hal pakaian, kesehatan, seragam,
penampilan, postur dan kondite karyawan tatagraha.

10. Monitors and controls housekeeping tasks, such as lost and found, key control,
security and emergency procedure that help maintain the health and security of
personnel and guests.
Mengawasi dan memonitor pekerjaan tatagraha, seperti barang yang hilang dan
ditemukan, pengawasan kunci, keamanan dan prosedur keadaan berbahaya yang
dapat membantu menjaga kesehatan dan keamanan dari karyawan dan tamu.

1. To prepare a monthly report reviewing assessing improvements in standards,


goals, manpower and costs.
Mempersiapkan laporan bulanan evaluasi penilaian kemajuan dalam hal standar,
pencapaian, sumber daya manusia dan biaya - biaya.

2. Controls and analyses, on an on-going basis, departmental costs, to ensure


performance against budget.
Mengawasi dan menganalisa setiap saat biaya departemen guna memastikan
pengeluaran sesuai dengan pencapaian.

3. To prepare work time and holiday schedule of staff and work according to
productivity standards and projected occupancy.
