The Present Perfect in the
English language is a verb
tense that is used to refer
to actions that happen in
the recent past and that
DEFINITION are related to the present.
PRESENT PERFECT Its equivalent in the
Spanish language is the
TENSE Past Perfect:
NEGATIVE
Subject + have/has + not + past participle
EXAMPLE I HAVE NOT FORGIVEN YOU!
INTERROGATIVE
Have + subject + past participle + …?
EXAMPLE HAVE WE FINISHED OUR HOMEWORK?
In order to construct the

affirmative form of the Present

Perfect, we must use the verb

accompanied by the main verb
