The above named petitioner most humbly begs to submit as follows:-

1.That the police Maldakal registered the above case against the Petitioner/Accused for the offence U/S 379 of
I.P.C., basing on the false allegations against the petitioners.
2. The police Maldakal arrested him on .01.2020. And produced before this Hon’ble court and this Hon’ble
court remanded him to judicial custody.
3. That the allegations level against the Petitioner /accused was false and baseless and that the petitioner did not
commit any alleged offence. The Petitioner was falsely implicated by the Respondent/Police. The Petitioner /
Accused is an innocent persons .The Petitioner begs to submit that he hails from poor family and he has not
committed any crime, The petitioner has a fixed place in Aloor Village. The Petitioner beg to submit that Offences
charged against him are not punishable for Life Imprisonment or Death and There is no intention or scope for the
Petitioner to escape from the jurisdiction of the court if the petitioner was released based on bail. And the petitioner
is ready to prove his innocence by facing trial.
4. The petitioner submit that though the offence U/S 379 of I.P.C. is Non bailable one, this court has proper forum to
try the case and have got the ample powers to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
Further, it is submitted that the remand report clearly reveals that the entire investigation is completed and no part
of the same is pending and the accused got arrested and remanded him to judicial custody before by this Hon’ble
court.
That the petitioner is prepared to furnish the sureties for his punctual attendance on the each and every
date of the case during the course of trail by undertaking before this Hon’ble court, if he released on bail. That the
Petitioner Shall abide by any condition imposed by this Hon’ble Court.

It is, therefore, prayed in view of the above facts and circumstances that the Hon’ble court may kindly be
pleased to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the interest of justice,otherwise he will be put to hardship and heavy loss.
