Good day Scopely Team Leads and Supervisors,

I am Aaron Rapha N. Rosales, currently having the role of a Player Support Agent for LT Team, applying
for a Shift Lead position for the same game. Working in LT for the past 7 months, I have received multiple
good and passing monthly Scorecards, last being the month of October wherein I had the opportunity to
be one of the top two performers of the said month. Playing the game every day especially during work,
as the game itself is one of the most important research tools available in my opinion, I can consider
myself to have an advanced knowledge about the app and almost an expert with it. More so, I feel that a
management role, like a Shift Lead position, is a better fit for my personal and my professional skills,
rather than being a Player Support Agent.

One of the reasons why I am leaning towards this role, is not only do I want to help the players, but the
Agents supporting them as well. I understand the responsibilities of a Shift Lead agent, and what I love
most about the job is the agent support tasks, like weekly agent coaching and QA/CSAT assessments of
agents to help them improve with their work. I am confident that I can help them learn new ways on
becoming a better support for the game, considering I learned a lot from my Leads over the course of
seven months. I want to pass all the valuable knowledge I received from them as I know it helped me to
become a better agent and a better employee. I can also bring new ideas to the team when it comes to
queue management, assessment and as well as handling code-red situations. I can definitely say I am
ready for more responsibilities as a member of the LT team.

If I’m fortunate to be picked for this position, I will give the best of my abilities to perform at my highest
and to deliver the tasks assigned to me. I will become an asset not just for Looney Tunes, but for the
entirety of the Scopely team.
