Mission Statement:
 We, at our establishment aim to provide the best quality product that is affordable by
most people at our community.
 We aim to provide the best quality services.

Goals:
 To provide people with a leisurely place to enjoy our product.
 To grow our business so that we may branch out to neighboring communities and expand
our business in the future.
 To build a friendly relationship with the customers.

Keys to success:
 Be informed about the market and your competitors. By knowing the market and
your competitors, you can strategize about how you approach the market.
 Have trust-worthy coworkers. The right people can make to process of starting your
business easy as you can allocate major resources to a specific person or team to do.
 Have a proper work space and location. Without this a business will be tough to start
as it is a challenge for both the employees and customers to do business with each other.
 Have high quality products. The product you present to the customer is everything. A
product is the most important thing in your business.
 Have a good public image. How your product is perceived by the general public is
important because even if your product is amazing it doesn’t matter if the public has a
different general opinion.
 Have a proper date of execution. It is important to at least have a general date of how
major phases of your business will start or end, especially the opening day.

Competitive Advantage:
Our competitive advantage is that we can take the feedback from the first few customers during
the starting period and adjust our menu accordingly, and will continue to update if our target
market has changed their preferences. We can also deliver to places near our establishment
(Ibajay area).

Uniqueness of product:
We can deliver int the general Ibajay areas. We will hold a special event where customers and
employees will give their ideas of a possible product on the menu, the winner will have the
product named after them as it will be on the menu for 3 months until the next event. We will
have a special charity event every Christmas where we give food to families in need and children
in orphanages and hope for the cooperation of the community.
Target Market
Our target market are the people in the Ibajay area. In this pandemic it may be hard to present
our product to the customers with the limitation of the strict health policies, but we strive to bring
the best possible service to the target market which are the youth (14-24) as well as families that
want to share a meal with each other.

Marketing Method
For people to consume our product we need methods to present our product to the costumers in
an appealing way. For our product our methods before opening day are to advertise through
Facebook and other social networking sites, make a tarpaulin of the days before opening and
present it in our business location. For our opening week the 1st 5 customers everyday will have a
100% discount on 1 item on the menu. We will have a discount day during the 1st and 3rd Friday
of every month ,where the first 10 customers will have a 15% discount on their orders. We will
also have discounts for special events like birthdays, promotions, graduations etc.
