TIPL type PCB
• In this PCB maximum problem come No Picture Sound OK Or
Picture in 4 frames.
• In this Type of PCB Engineers should carry Software file, with them
at the time of attending Complaint or replacing new PCB
• In this type of all PCB’s Engineer should check supply before
connecting LVDS connector. If panel is of 5v Supply should be 5v
only if it is coming 12v please change connector to 5v.
 TIPL type PCB
• Before replacing this PCB Engineer should check IS jumper is in 5v Or
on 12v.
• If engineer don’t check the supply 5v/12v on LVDS connector &
connects the connector that time panel may be damage.
• If panel is of 5v Supply should be 5v only if it is coming 12v please
change connector to 5v.
Combo PCB 1200061816
If PCB is not Burnt in power Supply & problem is
Color patter on Screen Please go in service Menu &
turn OFF AGING MODE the problem will resolve.
1200061517 Combo PCB
• In this PCB at the time of replacing NEW PCB Engineer
should check LVDS supply before connecting LVDS
connector. Voltage should be 5v.
• If connector is RED color supply will come 12v then
change it to 5v then only connect LVDS connector or
else Panel will damage.
Combo Type PCB
• In this type of COMBO PCB’s If picture is coming in
4 parts or picture in 2 frames please go into service
mode & change Model Code it code be changed
from 20” to 24” or 32”

In this type of PCB maximum problem come is No backlight
Sound OK. At that time engineer should check supply on
Condenser Location No.C2 it should be 42v.
If supply is not coming 42v at that time we have to replace
Both IC as shown in below Snap

• In this type of Combo PCB we had observed in most of PCB power

supply is burnt
• As per our observation it burns due to Mains Cord Wire which we
are using is Imported type it doesn't fix properly in plug, due to that
sparking in plug high voltage generates and PCB gets burn
• At the time of replacing New SSB if we replace Both Mains cord
wire & SSB the problem of PCB burn will not repeat again

Bridge Rectifier Diodes in Power Supply section(Location:

Working principal for panel repair

• Remove all the screw from back side to Open the back cover properly
from panel part.
• You will find the SSB board which also need to removed properly.
• Next level Remove the SSB LVDS cable from T-Con board Safely clean
re-fixed.
• There is more 2 connecter in LVDS first clean if problem not solve then
change.
• Play the Panel problem will solve.

Remote Pairing
Problem
Why we required Remote pairing.
Pairing with TV
This remote control uses radio frequency (RF) to send its commands to the
TV. Contrary to remote controls using infrared signals, with this remote control
you can send commands without pointing at the TV. The TV will notify you
when the battery power of the remote control is low.
Pairing the remote control For the remote control to communicate with the
TV, both TV and remote control should be paired with each other. Once
paired, you cannot use the remote control to control another TV.
When you started the initial TV installation, the TV invited you to press the
OK key, and by doing so, the pairing was done. When you switch off the TV,
the pairing is stored. You can pair up to 5 remote controls with this TV.
 Pairing again
• You can pair another remote control with this TV. The method to pair a remote
control is different for a remote control already paired with another TV
compared with a remote
• control that is not paired yet.

• The remote control is paired with another TV To pair, hold the remote control
close to the Philips logo (about 10cm) and press the Red and Blue key at the
same time.

• A message will appear if pairing is successful.
