HR Module – Capabilities & Functions

Below will the login screen on which credentials triggered along with the welcome mailer to HR to be
entered here to view the policies mapped to the corporate.

Below functionalities are there in the HR Module to get majorly –

- Claim MIS
- Single E-cards/Bulk Health Card
- Active Life
- CD Statement
- Claim Intimation
- Claim document upload
- Claim Submission.
- Network hospital listing.
- Claim & other related forms download.

Post login HR will re-direct on the below screen where he can be able to use the above functionalities:
1. Policy Summary - On Policy Summary page for particular policy you can be able to view –
a) Member Count – total no of employees present in the policy with last endorsement passed
date.
b) RM Details
c) Policy Certicate - attached
d) Other Certificates (if any)

2. Claim Report – helps to identify/download the claim present on the policy (with last updated
date).
- Above data has been uploaded here by our claim processing team.
- Here both HR can download the excel & PDF.

3. Claim Genie – It helps to intimate, upload documents track the claims.


- Here for raising the intimation – HR should have detail of the client - either client ID or
employee ID.
- Intimation can be of both – cashless & reimbursement.
- For document upload also HR should have the intimation no. & the claim document soft copy
which want to upload (document type can be any as mentioned in the screenshot)

- Claim Tracking – For claim tracking policy no & either of the client ID & Employee ID is
mandatory.
4. Service Request – helps to track below details in the policy :
a) Active Life
b) CD Statement
To get the above both data policy no is mandatory.
c) Health Card (Individual) – For individual health card – along with policy no – either any of
the client ID or employee ID is required to get the details.
d) Bulk Health Card – Bulk health card request can be generate from this tab which will auto
process in 1 hour.
5. Customer Support – HR can locate branch, can search for the network hospital, can downloads
claim & related forms and can download center listing.
6. Change Password – using which can change password.
