The two topics mentioned on the video are the non-traditional approach and the learning studio
approach. Firstly, the non-traditional approach describes a number of approaches to work practices
other than the mainstream or traditional way of doing the tasks. Although it still follows usual
standards of practice it still enables the apprentices to have creative freedom in doing their work.

On the other hand, the learning studio approach is a type of studio-based learning. A working place
is provided wherein the apprentices and the mentor/s can develop their crafts. In this way, the
apprentices are exposed in an interactive working environment since they will be able to collaborate
with their peers and mentor/s. Conclusively, a learning studio approach can enhance the students'
collaborative skills and work productivity.

2. Do you understand who we are as a studio, base on what you see?

In my understanding, Concipio Tektura has a dynamic and integrated working environment. The
following are the possible activities that can be done during mentorship duration: First, the tasks may
be multifaceted and can take more than one work session. Next, the mentor provides information,
by way of short discussion, when needed or on demand. Third, the mentor provides cooperative and
collaborative activities.

Conclusively, The Concipio Tektura offers an interactive working environment for the apprentices.
Thus, an interactive working engagement in a firm is a key to meaningful learning and intellectual
development. Also, active working practices, including cooperative learning and group activities, is
the most efficient way to promote learning among the apprentices , and especially to develop higher
order cognitive skills.

Honestly, this job training is new to me, and starting with a good company like Concipio Tektura is a great
opportunity to transform me into the professionally skilled and disciplined person that I would like to be.
