3. Introduction

3.1 Purpose & Objective

The NMIS (Nursing Management Information System) allows the registered nurses to apply for

verification of their registration for foreign countries or other entities.

This document is intended to describe how the System can be used.

3.2 Definitions & Abbreviations

Abbreviation Description

Ministry of Health and Prevention, United Arab Emirates, MOHAP is the Service
MOHAP
Provider

Medical Facility Hospital, Clinic, Medical Centers, etc.

System NMIS system

Nurses Registered nurses professionals

Officer MOHAP coordinator and officer who will verify and process the application

4. Using the system

4.1 Summary

Kindly assure that you have the following required documents before applying:

1. Valid Passport

2. MOHAP Registration Certificate

4.2 Navigate to Vaccination Form

1. Go to the service through the URL: https://nmis.mohap.gov.ae

2. Choose the option “Verification of Registration for Foreign Countries”.

3. Click “New Application” to start a new request.

4. Enter your valid registered license number and click search button to filter and/or select the

license number from the list:

5. Complete the form divided into 3 steps. Please complete all 3 steps by providing the required

information. Please note that you may not be able to move from one step to another until

the current step is completed.

 Original MOHAP License Copy to uploaded

6. Make the online payment

7. The verification certificate will be sent to the applicant through email.
