Job description
1. Working with Tax service provider and assignee to ensure tax return is filed in home
and host country

2. Follow-up with assignee to settle their dues as per tax settlement sheet prepare by
tax service provider

3. Preparing monthly reports and metrics

4. Assignees (employee) queries has to be solved with in TAT

5. Providing necessary documents whenever required by tax service provider for

handling IT assessment case with IT authorities

6. To collect Letter of Undertaking, Power of Attorney from the assignees to authorise

tax service provider to follow-up refund from IT department

7. Chase process for delinquent assignees with respect to Host Tax Briefing/ Host Tax
organizer/home Tax organizer

8. Download Hypo Tax Settlement report/PDF from tax service provider website and
update the excel tracker with required data

9. Provide monthly Hypo tax settlement entry to create receivable and payable in
ledger

 3 to 5 years of desired experience required
