    It would like to express my immense pleasure and appreciation in the preparation of fieldwork
    report in partial fulfillment required for Bachelor’s Degree in Business studies. This fieldwork
    report is prepared on the basis of NIC ASIA Ltd. and I have referred other books and articles
    concerning this subject. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Koteshwor Multiple
    Campus, which gave me this opportunity to make research in the concerned field. In this
    research report, the trend of the Capital Structure over the period of the five fiscal years have
    been comparatively analyzed and studied.

    I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all those persons who are related to management
