For example, practising a sport can help you live a healthier life, but also to understand better how our bodies work. Some young people think books aren’t “cool” enough to make them read. I had the same opinion until my sister gave me a book written by Agatha Christie. Reading can also improve your language skills and your way of precepting life. If you are not interested in reading books, you can find a magazine or a newspaper that you enjoy. Regarding reading, you just have to find your love concerning what you like to read about. So, in the end, like many things, watching TV is an activity of balance. If we watch TV from time to time and still do lots of other things, it should be a fun and entertaining addition to our free time interests.
