Are you “TV addicted”?

Are you someone who turns on the television on whenever you

want? Do you rather watch TV instead of going out or making other
activities? If the answer is yes, you are similar to many people today,
who watch too much television.
Nowadays, it is very easy to enjoy television for hours every day.
With all the new cable and digital services, you can be entertained by
television for 24 hours a day. A popular example in this case is “Netflix”.
All of us know that, besides TV, there are lots of other forms of
entertainment which bring more benefits than just staying on your sofa
and spend your entire day watching TV. For example, practising a sport
can help you live a healthier life, but also to understand better how our
bodies work. Some young people think books aren’t “cool” enough to
make them read. I had the same opinion until my sister gave me a book
written by Agatha Christie. Reading can also improve your language
skills and your way of precepting life. If you are not interested in
reading books, you can find a magazine or a newspaper that you enjoy.
Regarding reading, you just have to find your love concerning what you
like to read about.
So, in the end, like many things, watching TV is an activity of
balance. If we watch TV from time to time and still do lots of other
things, it should be a fun and entertaining addition to our free time
interests.
