The tornado winds may top 250 miles per hour. Also known as “twisters”, they are
born in thunderstorms and are often accompanied by hail. Forms when humid air collides
with cold air, the denser air is pushed over the warm air producing thunderstorms. The warm
air rises through the colder air and causes an updraft. The updraft will begin to rotate, this
motion is called “mesocycle”. What are the effects of tornadoes? It destroys the environment,
kills people and animals, and causes fire and also water contamination. Since it is very
dangerous, always listen to the news if it is necessary to evacuate.
