conversation with some phrases you can learn:

Are you free on Monday? Yes I

am. I’m free on Monday / No, I’m
not. I’m not free on Monday

You can change the word “Monday”

Making for any other day of the week, like

Tuesday or Sunday. You can also
appointments change it for a date, for example: Are
you free on February 19th?

You could also add any other information related

to the time, for example: Are you available on
Wednesday at 3 pm?

Here’s another useful phrase:

Are you free on I’m not free at 5. I
Thursday at 5 pm?
will be busy. How
about 6?
There are two ways to say the
time. You can say something like
7 pm. You could also say just 7.

A good way to negotiate the time is by using

the expression How about.
Example: I can’t make it on Friday. How about Saturday?

Here are some answers you can use to agree

on the appointment:
- Sure, Thursday works great for me.
- Yes! I’m free that day
- Sounds good! See you on Friday then.
