Where we prepared?
I think we were prepared to handle the crisis
with the templates to make the decisions
needed. However, we didn't have set systems to
prevent this specific crisis.

What areas could use improvement?


I think that I should have made it more clear
that I was meaning to compensate and leave
apology behind. I also think that it would have
been better if I hadn't addressed the HR
situation as it painted us in a bad light.

What areas could use improvement?

I think it would be important to have a better


system to keep accusations of that kind more
present. I also think that there should be
procedures to prevent this from happening
again.

Good Evening , this morning the cases against the previous CFO &
Marketing Director of Worthy Ends came to a close. The two men
were found guilty on the count of the eight allegations.
At Worthy Ends the team is grateful to their entire work team for
their continued support. The legal team played and invaluable
roll in helping these men come to justice. The Company is glad to
say that they have found a new CFO and have merged the
Marketing position with their communications Department. With
the help of Wilson Consulting, Worthy Ends has established a new
system so that the employees can report any concerns that won't
get buried in the paper work of HR as the Organization found was
the case in these allegations. Since the Hr Director was not found
to be colluding with the accused, she has remained employed and
is committed to the growth of this new system.

We would like to update you the outcome of the legal case against
our previous CFO& Marketing Director. The case has been closed
and both men have been charged.
We are saddened by the outcome but we are extremely grateful to
our legal team for all the work they have done with the eight
women who came forward.
As many of you know the CFO position has been filled and the
Marketing position has merged with the Communications
department.
Again thank you all for the support and patience that you have
had with us.

In order to manage the opinion of the public I
believe there is a need to have a specific
person to monitor the responses on the media
while the crisis is going on. I think it would be
helpful to have a monitoring system that
evaluates the words and warns when the topic
is mentioned once the crisis is over.

The approach used in this crisis was
compensation. We used compensation because
we wanted to be sensitive to the victims while
recognizing that there wasn't enough
information as to the veracity of the accusations.
It was effective because it adressed the situation
in the moment but didnt upset the legal team.
