The Internal Perspective (Resource-Based View):


This perspective suggest that no two firms are identical because
they posses resources and capability of different qualities.

The External Perspective:


This perspective suggest that competitive advantage comes from
a firm’s positioning within the competitive business environment.

The Dynamic Perspective:


Look at the past for clues about how the firm arrived at its present
position and to the future to divine what the new competitive

Stakeholder adalah setiap pihak yang


berkontribusi serta terkena dampak dari berbagai
aktivitas yang dilakukan organisasi (AB Susanto)

Pemangku Kepentingan Primer: pihak-pihak yang terlibat


dalam proses operasi perusahaan/organisasi.
Misalnya: manajemen, karyawan, pelanggan, pemegang
saham, supplier, business partner

Pemangku Kepentingan Sekunder: pihak-pihak yang


berpengaruh atau dipengaruhi oleh perusahaan namun
tidak terlibat dalam proses operasi perusahaan.
Misalnya: LSM, media massa, komunitas di sekitar
perusahaan.
