LHROWS Apna Complex CAM Payment

Options & Instructions

This document assumes you already have an Apna Complex (AC) account and
have been approved for LHROWS access. If not, please call the helpdesk
(helpdesk@lhrows.org or +91 99080 97898) to finish that process.

You can access your account either through Web page or Mobile App. We strongly
recommend you use the Mobile App. Among the Online Payment options, UPI is the
easiest to use and completely free of charge. We highly recommend using that. Our
recommended option priority.
1. UPI/Google Pay
2. Rupay/Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card
3. NEFT - Virtual YES Bank Account
4. NEFT – Andhra Bank Account
5. Others (Check/Draft/etc.)

See below for instructions on the different options to pay/record in the Website
Once you login, typically your default page is the Dashboard.
Click on the make Online Payment button in the “My financials” Box.

Screen below will come up with 7 different payment/record options.

Here are the instructions for each option.

1. Cash: See screen shot below. We don’t offer this option for LHROWS.
2. Check: See screen shot below. This is essentially used to enter the payment details if you
paid by check in the LHROWS office. Enter details and press “Submit Payment”. This is
NOT a recommended option.

3. Draft: See screen shot below. This is essentially used to enter the payment details if you
paid by draft in the LHROWS office. Enter details and press “Submit Payment”. This is
NOT a recommended option.

4. POS: See screen shot below. This is essentially used to enter the payment details if you
paid using a POS (Point of Sale) Machine. We don’t offer this option for LHROWS.
5. NEFT: There are two options for NEFT. Pay to the regular LHROWS Andhra Bank Account
or to the Virtual YES bank account setup by AC for each unit. If you pay to the Andhra
Bank Account, please enter the details as shown below so that the reconciliation is easy
for the accountant.

If you pay using the Virtual YES bank account, reconciliation is automatic, and you need not
send any more information to anybody.
Virtual YES bank account details for NEFT are prominently displayed in your Invoice (see
example screen shot below) or you can look them up in AC Mobile app as well (My Home 
My Unit  Collection Gateway Details).
6. Overseas Transfer: See screen shot below. This is essentially used to enter the Overseas
payment details. We expect minimal usage of this option.

7. Online Payment Options: All the options above are really Offline payment options
(except Virtual YES bank NEFT option) as the owner needs to enter the information in AC
to ensure smooth reconciliation.

On the other hand, the 5 online options below (Credit Card, Rupay Debit Card, Debit
Card, Net Banking, UPI/Google Pay) are truly online and will automatically reconcile. No
additional steps necessary on the Owner’s side. Of these options, UPI/Google is highly
recommended for ease of use as well as ZERO processing charges.

The screen shots below show the steps for UPI payment.
