When I go on Facebook to update on my wall each day, I just

look and wonder whether I know any of these people at all.
I go to Twitter to send a tweet, then to Instagram to post a
random photo on my feed.
I post about the silliest stuff, such as what I wear and eat.
01 I can't tolerate having a blank page, so anytime I can't
think of anything else to write, I make up a funny narrative.
And, on occasion, equating to writing something that could
even be spiteful.
If I'm bored, I'll go to someone else's page and make a snide
remark about something they said.
 I might not have a lot of friends, yet
according to the internet, I have more than a
score!
Every day, while we check posts and covertly
call each other names in the corridor, this has
been everyone's pattern.
Our own selves no longer sympathize; by choice,
02 we get to speak frankly, to some extent someone
like me rather describes it as trashing.
"Our school princess is having a kid, and some
guy is going insane!" We believe it is
acceptable to publish such content.

Despite the fact that we term it our means of

communicating, society is in chaos.
We communicate via social media to stay in touch, but I
believe it is the reason we haven't gotten much sleep.
Hence, our attitude towards everything in general.
We claim to use social media to check on others'
preconceptions, but we haven't examined our own prejudices.

Where do we draw the line with the words we utter

Barely a whisper but filled with greater power
Thumbs fumbling in typing irrational thoughts
Cruel and crooked, like the prejudice you sought
It's so easy to throw stones at someone you say to be naught

lust and envy
Protected by your screen,
cowering in anonymity
Living in a world with
complicated standards

Controversies that spread like
wildfire and issues without end
How much are you willing to take
just to follow the trend?

Where do we draw the line with
intellect and mentality
How can we inspire others if we
are full of neutrality
We should spread our wings for

Everyone feel blessed if they
receive something
But little did they know, giving
others what we have is the true
blessing

Granted with a platform does not

beget power
Overlooked by many, media becomes
the witching hour
Your online persona is you yourself

in full reflect
You're accountable for your
actions, don't dare forget
Whether through physical or online,
the gravity of your words have the
same effect
 It is time to draw the line, reflect
on such careless actions.
Bear in mind the consequences, is it
worth your satisfaction?
The detriment these weapons of words
inflict
Mere clicks by a finger raise

Blessed with ease, showered with
voluminous pool of one click does it
all
behind these flickers, catches
vulnerability, exists thy fallen

Data stumbles, identity goes on the
brink of a cliff, to whom we send
our call?
What the eye holds, should the mind
unfold, serve the doubt and
critique, shall we install?
 Blessed with endless possibilities, showered
with all-embracing open doors
Intertwined intellect and prudence, command
thyself to scratch the surface of the source
The mass shall mold the mind, evoke the eyes,
no ignorance shall be enforced

10 Jog thy memory in detecting the culprits,

what we click on the screens remains a
choice.
