PROBLEM METHODOLOGY

The study examined the relationship between
student’s perception of course related
interaction and their course satisfaction within
learner-centered paradigm in distance
education.
Four-phased surveys are used in this study to
Computer Science 103 students who
volunteered to participate within the study. This
data used Factor analysis and Cronbach’s Alpha
Test as validity and reliability instrument.

CONCLUSION

There are many ways to promote learner

achievement in online class environment but
learner satisfaction is important component of
successful distance education courses (Ritchie &
Newby, 1989). Student satisfaction should be
taken into account by instructors because
attitudes are often indicative of success.
