determination or eligibility assessment for coverage under Medicaid or the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). The Health Connector
can help you shop for and enroll in insurance plans from leading health insurers in the State. You can also find out through the Health
Connector if you are eligible for any programs that help you pay for health insurance premiums and lower your out-of-pocket health care costs.

New Mexico Health Insurance Exchange

The New Mexico Health Insurance Exchange, also known as beWellnm, will be transitioning from Healthcare.gov to a State-Based Exchange for
plan year 2022. The transition is planned to occur for Open Enrollment Period beginning November 1st, 2021, for coverage effective in the year
2022. beWellnm is New Mexico’s health insurance Marketplace where individuals and small businesses can shop and compare health
insurance options and can get accessed for State Medicaid benefits.

Federal Facilitated Marketplace – (FFM - SHOP)

FFM assists qualified individuals (QIs) with purchasing affordable health insurance coverage or obtaining an eligibility determination or
eligibility assessment for coverage under Medicaid or the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). The SHOP solution helps qualified
employers with offering affordable health insurance coverage to their employees. It is our ready-to-deploy online marketplace solution for
States and is per Affordable Care Act (Obamacare). The product is completely reform compliant, highly configurable and is 508 compliant and
can integrate with various State and Federal systems.
Arkansas Health Insurance Marketplace (Integration` Test Lab)
