Subject: Paym ent o f W inter S em ester Fees

Dear Students,

Hope you all are doing well. I am directed to inform you all that your representation for waiver o f Tuition fee for second semester
2021 was placed before the 74th Executive Council in its meeting held on April 25, 2021 which was considered but rejected.
Hence you have to pay the second semester fee as circulated earlier reduction o f fees.

The detailed break up is explained in the table below:

1. Students may note on the above subject that the fee the W inter Semester o f the Academic Year 2020-2021 has to be
deposited within 25.05.2021.

2. Payments are to be made by Bank drafts/Banker’s cheque favouring “WBNUJS STUDENTS’ FEE A/C” payable at
KOLKATA or through ERP Online portal payment Gateway using debit card/ credit card or through net banking online
payment gateway available at the following links.

3. Copy o f the receipt generated through ERP system needs to be sent by email to nujs.accounts@gmail.com for
verification and updation o f records.

4. Students are required to obtain prescribed challan from Accounts Office for depositing the fees through DEMAND
DRAFT/S/ Banker cheque/s at the Union Bank o f India, NUJS Campus Branch. These challans are in quadruplicate. The
bank will retain the Bank Copy and hand over the remaining three copies, duly embossed with bank’s proof o f receipt, to
the depositor who will submit two copies o f the challan (Accounts Copy and NUJS Office Copy) to the Accounts Dept,
and one to the Academic dept, respectively after retaining the Students’ Copy as proof o f payment.

5. The student will have to deposit Rs.500/- and Rs.1000/- to nujs as fine for delay in payment o f fees beyond 15 days and
30 days respectively.

6. Payment o f Tuition fees is to be always made in actual as per fee structure and any excess payment thereof will be fully
at own risk o f the student as no refund be entertained except forfeiture o f the excess part.
