 PRACTICAL TEST
EQUIPMENT : Power Supply, Proto-board, multimeter

COMPONENTS : Resistors 47Ω (1), 100Ω (1), 150Ω (1), 220Ω (1)

PROCEDURES :

1. Measure battery and each resistor used in this test and record your readings in Table 1.
2. Connect the circuit as shown in Figure 1.
3. Measure the total resistance across terminals AB and record your answer in Table 2 (without the
power supply, E connected).
4. Connect the circuit to the DC power supply and measure the output of the DC power supply
terminals AB by slowly adjusting the voltage knob, until the multimeter scale reads 6V.
5. Measure the voltage drop across the resistors R1 (V1), R2 (V2), R3 (V3), R4 (V4), and the terminals
AB (VT) and record the readings in the Table 2.
6. Measure the current flowing through R1, R2, R3, R4 and the total current (IT) and record the
readings in Table 2.
7. Student should record all procedure (1) until (6) and submit your video to link provided by
lecturer.
