Project Title: Movement Pathway for Senior High School Learners

The purpose of this is to enhance students understand of movement pathways and locomotor
skills. This activity not only serves as a fun thing for senior high school learners to do and a way
to relieve extra energy, but it also serves as an assessment to me to see which senior high school
learners need more help on basic locomotor skills and pathways.
ANALYSIS
Problem Identification: Nowadays, senior high school learners are focused on unhealthy
activities especially that the pandemic is still on the rise. Eventually, learners at home are doing
activities that are very limited from module requirement accomplishments, mobile games,
sleeping and many others. With movement pathways and locomotor skills, senior high school
learners will be bale to explore more their muscular capacities through fun activities which they
can perform right in front of their cellphones and computers.
Contextual Analysis
The lecture mode sessions will be conducted online wherein the instructor will utilize zoom or
google meet applications or pre-recorded video lessons which will be played or watched by
senior high school learners at home without reporting to school as limited face to face is still
mandated.
Learner Analysis (Who?)
Senior high school learners will be the main recipients of this program who will be learning
various movement pathways and locomotor skill activities.
Content Analysis (What?)
This movement pathway is designed to reinforce locomotor skills, warm students up, and have
fun. It can also be used as conditioning practice. It is important that senior high school learners
will be able to enhance their locomotor skills. Their attention to this type of activity is need in
order for them to develop sense of responsibility when it comes to being fit all the time
especially that school activities are very limited and that house activities are concentrated on
very limited aspects of fitness.
Delivery Analysis (How?)
The workshop or the movement pathway program is limited to online sessions only as senior
high school learners are not allowed to report on schools. The teacher will pre-record video
lessons or conduct live sessions via zoom and google meet applications. Sessions or activities
will depend on the organized them of the teacher. It is expected that senior high school learners
will be able to perform and follow the prescribed activities. A recorded performance of the
learners will be submitted to the teacher after each session.
Project Plan (When?)
The movement pathway and locomotor skill program will start on Summer from the 2nd week
specifically July 10, 2021 up to July 31, 2021 covering four Saturdays.

start of the regular sessions.
2. Inform Learners of The objectives of the program/lessons/sessions/ will be introduced
the Objectives during the MOL/preliminary program which will be live vis zoom
and google meet application.
3. Stimulate Recall of Video lessons will be presented showing activities related to
Prior Learning locomotor skills and then learners will be asked their takeaways
after every video preset enation.
4. Present the Content The teacher will perform in front of the learners via zoom and
google meet application. Execution of the exercises as well as the
activities will also be performed by the teacher.

meet application. Teachers will react on the video as well as the
learners.
8. Assess Performance Performance will be assessed through home-based performance of
