A. CONTENT

1. The information presented are accurate and up-to-date.

2. The content is useful, informative, and bias-free.

3. Graphic organizers, charts, tables, and other pictures and visuals are utilized to introduce concepts
clearly and facilitate comprehension and understanding of content.

4. Terms are presented with clear and simple words and phrases, free from vagueness and ambiguity.

5. Relevant societal issues, and situations are being shown, making these purposeful and relevant.

B. STRUCTURE

1. The video is clearly organized and easy to understand.

2. The video provides introductory information such as purpose and objectives of the lesson.

3. Instructions and/or directions are clearly stated which helps in carrying out the different tasks
provided.

4. The length is balanced making it not boring.

5. Brief summary of key points is provided at the end.

C. INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN

1. The video introduces the learning objectives and meet the needs of the learners.

2. The video uses varied and simplified tasks allowing the learners to establish meaningful learning.

3. The learners are given enough time to process the information and reflect on the lesson presented.

4. The video suggests methods and strategies for the learner to apply newly acquired knowledge.

5. The video promotes active learning.

D. TECHNICAL DESIGN

1. The subject is fully visible with clear attention paid to proper lighting.

2. The subject is placed appropriately in the frame with adequate head and arm space.
3. The background/setting is appropriate and complements the color and design of the production.

4. The narration is clearly audible.

5. Audio level of the video is just right and consistent all throughout.
