including threats to AVIATION CYBER SECURITY.
1. Introduction:
Safety risks are a serious issue in the aviation industry. There will always be those who want to harm the
industry, the professionals who work there, and the citizens who use its services on a daily basis. This constant
pressure from outside forces means that the industry can never be assured of security. Indeed, it must be
mobilized to stay one step ahead of the dangers that threaten aviation. Threats to aviation security targeting
commercial and aviation are numerous. From mild to severe, threats and attack, attempts vary on a daily basis.
We have included a complete list of the hazards that have the greatest impact on the aviation industry. Let us
take a closer look at these aviation hazards.
2. Aviation Security Threats:

I. Drones:

With more and more Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) being used by end-buyers and organizations, the risk of
robotic aircraft crashes is increasing. In addition, armed drones are becoming a credible danger.

II. Cyber Attack:

With the advancement of innovation, protecting the network is becoming more and more a concern, especially
since these types of attacks are economical. They can target PC infrastructure on the ground like the one used
when an aircraft is in flight, causing a wide range of disruptions and damage.
III. Missile Attack:

Surface-to-air missiles (SAMs) and Man Versatile Air Guard (MANPADS) frames are very risky in some
unacceptable circumstances. These amazing weapons are equipped to take down flying planes with a single
shot.

IV. Explosive Devices:

Improved explosive devices (IEDs) are continuing to evolve. They have been concealed on people, inside
pressure cookers, printers and personal electronic devices (eg PEDs, phones and workstations. IED protection
strategies change frequently, so, ingenuity can cause trouble).

V. Chemical Attack:
The emergence of specialist’s synthesizers, toxic gases, and poisons is another kind of dangerous strategy.
Using these for aviation targeting can be dangerous when brought to terminal headquarters or inside an aircraft
in flight.
