Learning Evidence 2. You Can Say It Better
1) Timing:
Make sure that both you and the other person are in a good emotional and mental
disposition to dialogue. If you talk when you are tired, busy, in a hurry, or angry, the
chance of having a successful conversation decreases.
2) Generalized:
Avoid using words that generalize, such as "always", "never", "everyone", "no one".
Instead of exaggerating, be precise. Describe the situation by being specific about
what, when, where, how, and who.

Hi everybody, next we are going to recreate the situations that we selected to make
the podcast.
Esteban: Hey, what are you doing there? ¡Come here, right now!
Esteban: You always do what you want. You don’t have any respect for me.
Liliana: Hey bodies, take it easy Esteban you must be patient, Jose is busy and he
can't pay attention to you at this moment.
Jose: Hey, what are you doing there? ¡Come here, right now!
Jose: You always do what you want. You don’t have any respect for me.
Esteban: to solve this problem remember don’t generalized, the other person may
feel singled out and feel anger.it must check the way to talk to others. it should avoid
being aggressive.
