 THE TEACHER UNDERSTANDS AND USES A


VARIETY OF INSTRUCTIONAL STRATEGIES TO
ENCOURAGE STUDENTS DEVELOPMENT OF
CRITICAL THINKING, PROBLEM SOLVING AND
PERFORMANCE SKILLS. THESE STRATEGIES
BECOME LEARNING STRATEGIES WHEN
STUDENTS INDEPENDENTLY SELECT THE
APPROPRIATE ONES AND USE THEM EFFECTIVELY
TO ACCOMPLISH TASKS OR MEET GOALS. SINCE
AS WE ALL KNOW STUDENT DEVELOPMENT RELY
UPON SOME FACTORS ( e.g FAMILY
BACKGROUND, STUDENT ABILITY AND TEACHER
FACTOR). 

🅔🅧🅟🅔🅡🅘🅔🅝🅒🅔-  THE INSTRUCTIONAL STRATEGIES IS A


VITAL PROCESS FOR TEACHER TO DEVELOP SINCE CLASSROOM SETTING 
IS A DIVERSE ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH DIFFERENT CULTURE, GENDER,
ABILITIES AND LINGUISTIC ARE COMING TOGETHER IN ONE ENVIRONMENT
TO LEARN, AS A STUDENT I SUPPOSED TO UNDERSTAND THAT HANDLING
THIS KIND OF ENVIRONMENT IS NOT EASY, AND I PROUDLY TO SAY THAT
THE LEARNING AND KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT I HAVE NOW IS THE
PERSEVERANCE AND DEDICATION OF ALL MY TEACHERS BEFORE AND
NOW, WAY BACK  IN MY  PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN SCHOOLING
SPECIFICALLY HIGH SCHOOL YEARS, I OBSERVED THAT DIFFERENT
TEACHERS USES DIFFERENT STYLES OF STRATEGIES IN TEACHING, EACH
OF THEM LITERALLY FIND DIFFERENT STYLE OF TEACHING TO COPE AND
ADDRESS OUR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS, THRU THAT WAY EXPOSING TO THOSE
TEACHING STYLE THEY USE EVERYDAY IN OUR DISCUSSION AND
ACTIVITIES, LATER ON WE / I DEVELOPED A SINCE OF CRITICAL THINKING
AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS THAT’S VERY BENEFICIAL TO OUR
DIFFERENT PATH WE CHOOSE IN LIFE. 

🅡🅔🅕🅛🅔🅒🅣🅘🅞🅝 – AS DAYS PASSED BY THE JOURNEY OF


OUR LIFE GENERALLY DICTATE THE WAY WE SEE THINGS IN A BEAUTIFUL
MANNER RATHER THAN NEGATIVE VIEW, THIS ONLY I UNDERSTAND HOW
OUR TEACHERS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO THE PROGRESS OF INDIVIDUAL,
SINCE THE DAY WE START STEPPING TO THIS WORLD THERE IS A TEACHER
WHO HOLDS OUR BACK AND WATCHES US TO CONTINUE AND IMPROVE
THE WAY WE STEP, SINCE THEN, ALL THE EFFORTS WILL NOT BE WASTED
IF A LEARNER TRULLY UNDERSTAND ALL THEIR TEACHING NOT JUST IN
ACTIVITIES AND PROJECTS BUT IN REAL LIFE SITUATION, I CAN SAY THAT
THEY ARE NOT AN EDUCATOR IN PROFESSION BUT A HERO WHO TEACH
ALL THE PROFESSION. 

🅐🅟🅟🅛🅘🅒🅐🅣🅘🅞🅝 – ALL THE LEARNINGS


I LEARNED IN SCHOOL IS  VERY APPLICABLE
TO MY EVERYDAY LIFE, EXAMPLE LIKE
EVERYDAY DECISION, WHAT TO EAT, WHAT
TO WEAR, DECISION MAKING AND SOLVING
PROBLEM IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. BECAUSE
I BELIVE THAT THE “ TEACHER IS THE LIGHT
OF THE PATH OF LEARNERS” SINCE THEN,
OUR TEACHERS PREPARE US FOR ANY
HARDSHIP THAT WE MAY ENCOUNTER IN
LIFE, THEY MOLD US TO BE INDEPENDENT,
SKILLFUL AND DISCIPLINE INDIVIDUAL. I
REMEMBER WAY BACK WHEN I WAS IN
GRADE 12, I/WE HAVE A TEACHER WHO IS
VERY MOTIVATED IN TEACHING, IN
EVERYDAY DISCUSSION I CAN SAY THAT
THERE A LOT OF LEARNING I LEARN, AND IF
I REMEMBER ONE SIGNIFICANT SHE TAUGH
US WAS THE LINE “ ALWAYS THINK INSIDE
THE BOX, AND WITHOUT HESITATION I
ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS  WHEN THINGS
ARE NOT GOING RIGHT.

🅒🅞🅝🅣🅔🅝🅣 –  DIVERSE LEARNERS 


  THE TEACHER UNDERSTANDS HOW STUDENTS
DIFFER IN THEIR APPROACHES TO LEARNING
AND CREATE INSTRUCTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
THAT ARE ADAPTED TO LEARNERS FROM
DIVERSE CULTURAL BACKGROUNDS AND
LEARNERS WITH EXCEPTIONALITIES. SINCE
THEN, THE SCHOOL IS NOT JUST FOR NORMAL
CHILDREN BUT ALSO FOR THOSE CHILDREN
WHO HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS AND ATTENTION,
STUDENTS LIKE FOR EXAMPLE, STUDENTS
WITH ADHD OR BEHAVIOURAL PROBLEM,
STUDENT WITH DOWN SYNDROME, PHYSICALLY
DISABLED AND MANY MORE. IN THIS CHILDREN
DIVERSITY AND DIFFERENT BACKGROUND THE
TEACHER MUST READY PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY
AND EMOTIONALLY SINCE BECAUSE  THOSE
MENTION INDIVIDUAL DIFFERENCES IS A
CRUCIAL ASPECT A TEACHER IS RESPONSIBLE
IN HANDLING AND TEACHING THEM

🅔🅧🅟🅔🅡🅘🅔🅝🅒🅔- IN TERMS OF
INDIVIDUAL DIFFERENCES/ LEARNERS
DIVERSITY, SINCE CHILDHOOD EVEN IN
GRADE SCHOOL, HIGHSCHOOL AND UNTIL
NOW I/WE OR ALL OF US EXPERIENCE
DIFFERENT STORY ABOUT OTHERS. IN A
SCHOOL FULL OF SURPRISES WE CANNOT
PREDICT WHAT WILL HAPPEN, I HAVE A
STORY THAT ONLY FEW PEOPLE KNOWS
SINCE GRADE SCHOOL G-1 TO G-6 I AM A
VICTIM OF EXTREME BULLYING EVERYDAY
SOMETHING  WAS A CURSE WHEN I SEE
THOSE BULLIES IN SCHOOL, TO THE POINT
THAT I’M AFRAID TO GO SCHOOL BECAUSE
EVERYTIME THEY BULLY ME I CANN’T RESIST
BECAUSE I KNOW IT WILL GETTING WORSE
IF I SPEAK OUT AND REPORT TO MY
TEACHER OR PRINCIPAL, SO I LET THEM
HURT ME, PUNCH, KICK OR MOCK ME AND
BELITTLE ME, I ADMIT THAT I’M A
INTROVERT PERSON I ONLY TALKED IF I
WANTED TO SOMETIMES I’M JOYFUL IN
FRONT OF SOME PEOPLE BUT NOT IN
REALITY, THAT’S WHY MAYBE THEY BULLY ME
BEFORE BECAUSE I WAS WEAK AND SHY
LEARNER, THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE MY
WEAKNESS I CANNOT REALLY TELL THE
STORY PRECISELY AND ACCURATELY
BECAUSE IF LEAVE ME A LIFETIME SCAR IN
MY MIND AND HEART. THERE IS ONE TIME 
WAY BACK IN GRADE THREE WHEN I WAS A
SECRETARY IN OUR CLASSROOM AND WHEN
THE TEACHER TOLD ME TO WRITE OUR
LESSON FOR THAT DAY, SOMETHING HAPPEN
WHEN IM STANDING IN FRONT OF THE
BLACKBOARD TO WRITE WHEN SOMEBODY
UNDRESS MY SHORT AND I FELT THAT TIME
UNCONSCIOUS AND EVERYONE IS LAUGHING
AT ME I JUST SIT DOWN IN TEARS AND
SCREAM ALOUD WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT
HAPPEN,I FEEL SO EMBARRASSED AND
ASHAMED AT THAT TIME. IN RELATION TO
THE CONTENT, SCHOOL IS A
HETEROGENEOUS SET-UP THAT’S WHY THE
TEACHER SHOULD HAVE A PILLAR OF
KNOWLDEGE ABOUT HIS PUPILS ABILITIES,
BEHAVIOUR, BACKGROUND AND ASSESS
THEM REGULARLY IN ORDER TO AVOID ANY
MISCONDUCT DONE BY LEARNERS. 

🅡🅔🅕🅛🅔🅒🅣🅘🅞🅝 – I BELIVE EACH ONE IS


UNIQUE IN OUR OWN WAY, ITS MEANS THE
SAME IN SCHOOLING SOMETIMES WE FAIL,
WE BROKE, AND MOCK AND BELITTLE BY
OUR FELLOW LEARNERS, BUT ITS JUST A
PROCESS OF KNOWING OURSELF MORE
RATHER THAN COMPETING AND PRETEND TO
BE SOMEONE ELSE JUST TO ACCEPT. EACH
ONE OF US SHOULD BE AWAKENED BY THE
TRUTH THAT WE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE IM
THIS WORLD WE SHOULD CONSIDER THE
FACT THAT COMMUNICATING AND
ACCEPTING OTHER PEOPLE IS A WAY OF LIFE
AND JOURNEY, INDIVIDUAL DIFFERENCE
SHOULD NOT A HINDRANCE. 

🅐🅟🅟🅛🅘🅒🅐🅣🅘🅞🅝 – LEARNERS
DIVERSITY IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO ALL
STUDENTS TO HAVE FRIENDS AND BOOST
SELF-CONFIDENCE ITS ALSO INCREASES
OUR CRITICAL THINKING AND SOCIAL
SKILLS, THIS LEARNERS DIVERSITY
BROUGHT ME AN UNDERSTANDING HOW
PEOPLE TALKED, DISCUSS AND
COMMUNICATE WITHOUT BEING
EMBARRASSED, BECAUSE I USUALLY
EXPRESS MY SIDE WITHOUT HESITATION
BECAUSE THAT IS WHO I AM BUT I MAKE
SURE BEFORE I SPEAK IT’S INLINE WITH
TRUTH AND PERSONAL OPINION, WHAT I AM 
UNDERSTAND ABOUT THINGS IS WHAT I AM
EXPLAIN EVEN IF IT IS WRONG TO THE
READERS OR OTHER PEOPLE BUT I WILL NOT
ASHAMED BECAUSE I BELIEVE MISTAKE AND
FAILURE IS PART OF INDIVIDUAL
DEVELOPMENT.

RELATIONSHIP. 
  THE TEACHER COMMUNICATE AND INTERACTS
WITH PARENTS/GUARDIANS, FAMILIES,
SCHOOL COLLEAGUES AND THE COMMUNITY TO
SUPPORT STUDENT LEARNING AND WELL-
BEING. WE ALL KNOW THE RULE OF A TEACHER
IS NOT LIMITED INSIDE THE SCHOOL BUT IN
OVERALL ASPECT, IT MEANS THE
DEVELOPMENT OF A CHILD DON’T DEPEND ON
TEACHERS GUIDANCE BUT ALSO WITH THE
HELP OF PARENTS/GUIDANCE AND
COMMUNITY, THAT’S  WHY OUR TEACHERS ARE 
PERSEVERE TO DEAL WITH THEIR CO-
TEACHERS, PARENTS/GUARDIANS TO ENABLE
ESTABLISH AN ENVIRONMENT THAT IS'NT NON-
THREATENING AND CONDUSIVE TO LEARN. 

🅔🅧🅟🅔🅡🅘🅔🅝🅒🅔- IN EXPERIENCE WITH


COLLABORATION, ETHICS RELATIONSHIP
THIS STATE THE TEACHER COLLABORATE
WITH THE PARENTS/GUARDIANS IN
STUDENTS DEVELOPMENT, WAY  BACK IN
HIGH SCHOOL DAYS OUR INSTITUTION WAS
A CATHOLIC SCHOOL, SO IT IS EXPECTED
THAT ASIDE  FROM LEARNING WE OBLIGED
TO BE  GOD CENTERED LEARNERS, THAT
EVERYTHING WE DO IT FOR “THE GREATER
GLORY OF GOD” OR AD MAJOREM  DIE
GLORIAM IS ONE OUR MANTRA. OUR
TEACHERS AT THAT TIME WAS VERY CARING
IN TERMS OF OUR ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE
SPECIALLY THE VOLUNTEER TEACHERS THEY
ARE SO VERY STRICT THE WAY WE ACT,
BEHAVE AND PARTICIPATE ITS BECAUSE
THEY WANT THE BEST FROM US, ENGAGING
IN THAT INSTITUTION FOR ALMOST 6 YEARS
WAS A SIGNIFICANT YEARS OF MY LIFE. ALL
THE FACULTY AND STAFF ARE SO VERY
CONCERN TO ALL LEARNERS THAT’S WHY 
WE HAVE PTA MEETING AND GUIDANCE
COUNSELLING FOR THE PARENTS  EVERY
MONTH AND ALSO TO SEE THE PROGRESS OF
OUR LEARNING. 

🅡🅔🅕🅛🅔🅒🅣🅘🅞🅝 – TEACHERS IS NOT


JUST ALL ABOUT TEACHING BUT A SUPERIOR
TO ALL ASPECT OF OUR LIFE, I MEAN THEY
PLAY A SIGNIFICANT ROLE IN OUR LIFE THE
KNOWLEDGE, INDIVIDUAL GROWTH,
WISDOM AND REALITY WAS ONE OF THE
TEACHING THEY TAUGHT TO ME THAT’S WHY
I ENCOURAGE TO CONTINUE THEIR PATH AS
EDUCATOR TO HELP YOUNG CHILDREN IN
PURSUING THEIR DREAMS NO MATTER WHAT
HAPPEN. 
🅐🅟🅟🅛🅘🅒🅐🅣🅘🅞🅝 – I HONESTLY, IN MY
STATE OF SELF NOW IS NOT MATURED
ENOUGH TO PRIORITISE THE IMPORTANT
THINGS BEFORE OTHER, BUT I KNOW IT’S
JUST A PROCESS OF KNOWING MYSELF
LUCKILY EVENTHOUGH I’M LIKE THIS I WAS
ABLE TO RETAIN ALL THE LEARNINGS AND
WISDOM THEY TAUGHT TO ME BEFORE, IN
THOSE EXPERIENCES I APPLY A LOT OF
THINGS SPECIALLY IN PRAYER AND BE 
RESPECTFUL INDIVIDUAL, BECAUSE THAT’S
ONE OF OUR MANTRA BEFORE AND EVEN
NOW ME, BEING A PRODUCT OF CATHOLIC
INSTITUTION IS BRINGING THE NAME OF
SCHOOL WHEREVER I GO, EVENTHOUGH IM
NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ENOUGH AND WISE
BUT THOSE EXPERIENCES WAS FOREVER IN
MY LEARNINGS.

DEVELOPMENT. 
 THE TEACHER IS A REFLECTIVE PRACTITIONER
WHO CONTINUALLY EVALUATES THE EFFECTS
OF HER/HIS CHOICES AND ACTIONS ON
OTHERS ( STUDENTS, PARENTS, AND OTHER
PROFESSIONALS IN LEARNING COMMUNITY)
AND WHO ACTIVELY SEEKS OUT
OPPORTUNITIES TO GROW PROFESSIONALLY.
ASIDE FROM BEING PROFESSIONAL AND
EXPERT IN THEIR  FIELD, TEACHERS ALSO
NEEDS TO REFLECT AND EVALUATE HIS/HER
SELF IN TEACHING THAT’S WHY THE
GOVERNMENT OFFER MANY OPPORTUNITIES
FOR THE TEACHER IN A CONTINUOS
IMPROVEMENT FOR THE FIELD THEY CHOOSE,
TEACHING APPROACH TECNIQUE AND
STRATEGIES AND ADDED SKILLS ARE THE
USUAL THEY MAY LEARN IN DIFFERENT
SEMINARS AND EVALUATION MATTER.

🅔🅧🅟🅔🅡🅘🅔🅝🅒🅔- IN MY WHOLE
EXPERIENCE IN SCHOOLING I USUALLY
IMPRESS HOW THE TEACHERS ACT, THINK
AND EXPRESS THEIR THOUGHTS AND IDEAS
PROFESSIONALLY AND THEY SET-ASIDE
THEIR PERSONAL FEELINGS WHEN THEY
TEACH, THEY ARE STRICT TOWARDS THEIR
WORDS SPECIALLY THE RULES AND
REGULATIONS THEY IMPLY. 
ASIDE FROM BEING PROFESSIONAL THEY
ARE ALSO KINDHEARTED AND CARING FOR
THEIR LEARNERS THAT’S WHY ALL THE
TEACHERS THAT I HAD IN MY LIFE WAS VERY
SIGNIFICANT AND MEMORABLE IN MY 
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT. 

🅡🅔🅕🅛🅔🅒🅣🅘🅞🅝 – AS A FUTURE
EDUCATOR IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ACT 
PROFESSIONALLY INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE
SCHOOL AND AWARE OF MY WORDS AND
ACTIONS BECAUSE WE ARE THE EDUCATOR
WHO BRING LEARNINGS AND KNOWLEDGE
TO THE PEOPLE SORROUND US SPECIALLY
TO OUR STUDENTS, THAT’S WHY
REFLECTING ON ONES SELF IS NECESSARY
TO HAVE A GOOD CHOICES AND CRITICAL
THINKING DEVELOPMENT.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ARE
NECESSARY INGREDIENT TOWARDS
TEACHING, BUT FOR NOW SINCE I’M
SCHOOLING TOWARDS MY CHOOSEN
PROFESSION THIS WILL HELP ME A LOT IN
PRACTICING AND UNDERSTANDING ON
WHAT MIGHT BE MY RULE AS AN EDUCATOR
IN THE FUTURE.
