Product DESCRIPTION
PRODUCTO RI-923 is a water-based corrosion inhibitor
designed as a heat transfer fluid in re-circulating systems.

Information APPLICATION
PRODUCTO RI-923 is designed as a heat transfer fluid in

Flyer re-circulating systems and is ideal for use in tooling

chillers.

FEATURES & BENEFITS

CORROSION INHIBITION
PRODUCTO RI-923 provides a broad spectrum of
corrosion inhibition. It prevents rust and corrosion on
cast iron, steel, aluminum, copper, brass and bronze. It
has no effect on plastic or rubber hoses, gaskets or seals.
It is made with deionized water, reducing the possibility
of scale build-up in systems.

BIOLOGICAL CONTROL
PRODUCTO RI-923 is resistant to microbial fouling and
requires no treatment to prevent bacterial growth.

WASTE TREATABLE
PRODUCTO RI-923 responds readily to conventional
waste treatment procedures. It is non-caustic and
contains no chromates, molybdates, nitrites, phenolics or
oils.

NOTE FOR USE

For optimal rust prevention during shipment or storage of
parts, allow products to dry completely prior to packaging
or stacking. Always test the product in advance to
confirm that it meets required performance standards for
your operations.

RECOMMENDED STARTING DILUTIONS

PRODUCTO RI-923 is designed to use as received. Additional dilution is not required. Add no
other materials to the concentrate unless approved by your CIMCOOL® District Manager.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

Product
If frozen, product separates. Thaw completely at room temperature and stir thoroughly prior to
use. Inside storage is recommended.
