    interested in availing your Emergency Employment Program also called the “Tulong
    Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Displaced/Disadvantaged Workers (TUPAD)".

    We would like to help our constituents affected by dengue outbreak in our municipality who
    belong to the marginalized sector by letting them engage in short-term community works so we
    can provide them with emergency/temporary wage employment.
