Overview;

The course has been developed as per CQI and IRCA requirements to develop and grow skills and knowledge in the
individuals for planning, conducting, and concluding a first, second or third party auditing for Management systems
based on ISO 14001:2015.

Aim and Objectives;
ISO 14001:2015 specifies requirements for a Environmental management system when an organization:

• To demonstrate ability to consistently provide products and services that meet client’s regulatory requirements
• It aims to increase customer satisfaction with the help of the effective application of the system, including proc-
esses for improvement, the assurance of conformity and applicable statutory or regulatory requirements.
• All the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 are intended to be applicable to any organization, regardless of its type
or size, or the products and services it provides.

Exam Results, Grading, and Certificate;
• The ISO 14001 certificates from CQI IRCA are issued only to learners who succeed in the examination.
• A pass mark of 70% and above in the written examination at the end of course is the requirement for ISO 9001
Training Certification.
• Results are released within 30 working days after exams.
• Successful delegates are issued CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT
• Unsuccessful delegates are issues CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
