17 Outgoing Feeders
Feeders should be with MPCB/MCCB design.

18 Free Issue From MESL : 1) VFD-5.5 KW= 1 NO,Yaskawa/ABB Make

2) VFD-22 KW= 1 NO,Yaskawa/ABB Make

3) VFD-45 KW= 1 NO,Yaskawa/ABB Make

4) VFD-55 KW= 3 NO,Yaskawa/ABB Make

For All Section- For VFD Outgoing Feeders Illuminated Start PB, Stop PB
(Stayput Type),Trip Indication & Local / Remote Selector Switch for VFD at MCC.
19 Control : Provision to be made for Start/Sop, ON & Trip F/B to PLC & Start/Stop Field PB
Station. Increase/Decrease PB for VFD,Ventillation as per requirement

20 Testing : Visual, HV, Meggar / Insulation testing & Functional Check.

Separate Earth bus bars (50 X 10mm AL) with Earth Stud at both side of panel
21 Earting :
bottom to be provided.
Vendor to submit GA drawing, SLD, Internal Layout drawing, Bill of Material with
22 Documentaion : Make & Model Nos and complete wiring diagram for Approval. 3 sets fo Hard
copy & 1soft copy of Final Drawings.
 1. Switchgear Selection Should be as per Type-2 Coordination.

2. All Switchgears should be of L&T make Only.

3. All Push Buttons, Indication Lamps, Selctor Switches should be of Teknic make Only.

4. Voltmeter, Ammeter should of L&T make.

5. Energy Meter Should be of Schneider make model no. EM6436 with pulse output.
6. For Incomer Section consider 3 Nos Auxillary Contactor with 10 No. terminals for Phase Failure Feedback to
Notes: PLC
7. Axillary Relays should be of OMRON make only. Model No. MY2N with Socket & Pin

8. Stagewise Inspection By MESL / Third Party (VSI) at Vendor Works.

9. For Panel testing vendor should have all proper equipemts.

10. Without Approval Vendor should not start the work otherwise for any rework, the cost will be the vendor's
account.
