Qualification:

MBA or equivalent from Tier 1 B-School (mandatory)

Work Experience

- Management/Strategy consulting experience of about 1-5 years

- Prior experience in managing crucial projects, exposure to managing clients/B2B


settings

- Proven skills to build relationships, influence stakeholders and manage change


across all levels and functions of the organization

- Stellar problem solving and logical thinking skills

- Strong communication and articulation skills

- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word,


Project etc.)

Job Description:

FMCG Strategy Formulation & Execution :

- Conceptualize new and refine existing strategy blueprints to scale up the FMCG
business

- Constant calibration basis market scenario and existing context

- Align stakeholders

- Define projects to bring strategy to life and Initiate execution

Charter Development :

- Co-Creating Project Description - Description of the project content on a high


level, focusing on overall objective and tasks

- Outlining Scope - Brief summary of work that needs to be accomplished to complete


the project and work that is not part of the project

- Defining Objectives - First definition of project objectives, that are used to


determine the overall success of the outcome of the project, including financial
objectives and business case

- Aligning Deliverables - Statement of the main deliverables of the project


including a forecast for completion and related KPIs as well as targets

- Aligning Stakeholders - Initial determination of stakeholders and their role in


the project; Aligning frequency and forum of review
Project Governance :

- Running Governance Tightly -Coordinate and lead review forums. Develop


appropriate dashboards to track relevant metrics

- Tracking Schedule - Track project execution closely, track milestone


achievements. Highlight deviations in appropriate forums

- Highlighting Risks -Highlight impending risk to project completion/milestone


achievement well in time. Discuss risk mitigation strategy

- Suggesting Resolutions/Alternatives -Discuss appropriate alternative routes,


initiate conflict resolutions within cross functional teams if needed
