UNIT 3 & 4: THE ENVIRONMENT OF MANAGEMENT &
MANAGERIAL DECISION MAKING

1. My current Organizational Environment has affected us a in way because there

has been so much tension going on, many voices that wanted to be heard. It is
important for a school head to LISTEN and DO ACTIONS IMMEDIATELY WITH
CONVICTION. In our case, process has been an issue for some problems are left
unsolved and the teachers are hanging waiting for some actions. In the future when I
become a School Head, I will make sure to address every problem with the help of my
subordinates and I will let them collaborate with me. I will accept mistakes and learn
from them. I will implement step by step in solving problems and make sure to
implement short-term and long-term goals not only for myself but also for my
subordinate’s self-growth.
