Subject :- Regarding allotment of guide for our M.Tech Thesis work

Respected Sir,

We are the pursuing students of M.Tech Course from CTM Branch in Civil
Engineering Department taking admission in year 2018. After completion of
third semester in Dec 2019 till now we have not got any guide and response
regarding our M.Tech till now. We have contacted our H.O.D. but we are not
getting any response . We request to you sir that kindly look into this matter
and also response on this matter by take appropriate action in this case so that
we can start our Thesis work and can get it complete it as soon as possible as it
has been already about 3 years and our Thesis work is not been started due to
no response and guide allotment.
