    Dear Ms. Compton:
    As you know, Io Group properly served a subpoena upon AT&T relating to the
    matter Io Group, Inc. v. Does 1-244. I have generously accommodated your
    schedule to produce the information.
    You are obligated to provide this information. There has been no motion to quash.
    One unidentified individual has filed a motion to dismiss. On behalf of Io Group,
    I will shortly move to strike this motion as the person is not a party to the case and
    has no standing. If AT&T the individual who filed this motion is one of the
    individuals whose information is sought by the subpoena, I agree to allow AT&T
    to withhold information on that individual. However, this does not affect your
    duty to provide the information as to the other individuals.
    If the remaining information is not produced today, I will immediately file a
    motion to compel and will seek sanctions.
