specific jobs search sites and on sector-specific job boards when finding
potential career opportunities. Once the potential candidate/s lands on the
website they will look for the information about the company, the job opening,
as well as submit their requirements for application easily.

• In-person and visual events create an amazing opportunity to expand your

talent pool. Most importantly, it lets you build stronger relationships with
potential candidates and see things that cannot be found on their Curriculum
Vitae. We can conduct this face-to-face event in Daet, Camarines Norte.

• Resume and profile mining helps to filter out who are the people that would
likely fit for the position and those people will receive a message inviting them
to apply for the said job position.

• Referrals are one of the most powerful and yet, often underestimated hiring
tools. When implemented strategically, they can have multiple benefits for the
hiring process, including lower turnover rates, spending less time on the
recruiting process and onboarding, and minimizing cost per hire.

• Social Media is the new way in the field of job search and recruitment. It

companies who match each other in what they have to offer each other.
