How does knowing one’s self help in performing your duties as a CWTS student?
Student’s Answer:

Knowing myself can assist me in performing my tasks as a CWTS student by allowing me to be aware of
my capabilities and the amount to which I can complete a task. Also, knowing oneself allows one to
recognize one's talents and faults. That way, I'll know what activities or decisions to take in order to solve
a problem. Similarly, it will enable me to avoid impediments that would prevent me from working and
then take advantage of the opportunity, allowing me to complete my assignment successfully.

It takes time to get to know oneself completely. I believe that most of us are still on our way to
understanding ourselves. Some people, on the other hand, have already realized who they are. Because
we were all born with various personalities, values, and beliefs, it's only natural that we have varied
personalities, values, and beliefs. As a result, before we could do anything, we had to accomplish our
responsibilities in assisting others, I believe we need at the very least be aware of our own character.
Because we can readily detect our differences or similarities from others when we know how to cope with
ourselves, we can also figure out how we may help them with their problems.

Therefore, understanding one's self is crucial since it allows one to realize one's full potential and fully
comprehend one's ideals and ideas. As a result of self-realization, we are able to quickly distinguish or
relate to others, resulting in an efficient means of assisting or delivering services to others in times of need
or difficulties.
