Describing Activities
In this chapter, we will use a Present Continuous Tense to describe Action that is
happening at the time of speaking.
For example : I am reading the textbook
You are listening to the lecturer’s explanation
We can use the Present Continuous Tense to describe Trends or Changes.
For example : People are shopping online nowadays
Many people are doing coffeeshop business as their income source
Also, it can be used to describe a Fixed Future Plan.
For example : We are presenting the annual report tomorrow
You are attending your client’s invitation
Just for reminder, when we meet a Continuous forms, we will use Verb + Ing formula.
Subject To Be Continuous Form Complements
I Am Object
You/ We/ They Are Verb + Ing Adjective
He/ She/ It is Adverb

Currently there are many online shops in my city that sell food and drinks. Many
people are selling the food and drink through social media such as Instagram. many
types of food and drinks that are sold, such as snacks, cakes, juices, and others. the
price also varies, some are cheap to expensive.
